How We Cook
We smoke our meats low and slow, to get the best smokey flavour in town. This style of cooking leaves the meats perfectly tender, juicy and flavourful! Our sides are all our own recipes and are made right in the restaurant, so you get the freshest food.

We use a gluten-free rub on all our meats, so more people can enjoy them! We have a gluten-free sauce and bun option and the only side that you can't have is the cornbread. We have lots of options to make sure your food does not come into contact with gluten!
